В моей квартире, вы не будете чувствовать себя как в гостиничном номере. Вас встретит тепло, уют и частичка моей души!
Я постаралась учесть все нюансы для комфортного проживания! Всегда свежее постельное бельё и полотенца, средства гигиены, фен, утюг.
Вся необходимая посуда, а главное - чистота и уют!!!
Большая просьба, относиться с уважением к моему труду и соблюдать стандартные правила проживания!

Выезд до 12, заезд после 14 ( все индивидуально обговаривается).
Дом в хорошем, развитом районе. Свой двор, детская площадка, всегда свободные парковочные места. А главное, очень удобный выезд в горы!! Миную весь город
В квартире не курят! Штраф 5000р!!!
Запрещены вечеринки!
По первой жалобе жильцов дома, выселение без возврата денег.
При заселение иметь паспорт.
