Сдам уютную, светлую и теплую квартиру. Расположение самое лучшее. Рядом центральный парк, пр. Мира, Олимпийский парк, пешком по набережной 10-15 минут. В шаговой доступности круглосуточный супермаркет, через дорогу Пятёрочка, отделение Сбербанк, салоны сотовой связи.
2 удобных раскладных дивана, смарт тв.
С одного окна прекрасный вид на горы, с другого окна на набережную реки Терек. Отличная транспортная развязка, позволяющая направиться в любой район города.
До ж/д вокзала на машине 10 минут и так же до автовокзала.
Заселение в 14: 00, выселение в 12. 00, но есть возможность обговорить другое время. При заселении иметь паспорт. Курить можно на лоджии. Запрещаются шумные вечеринки. При заселении с животным дополнительная оплата.
