Дом в экологически чистом районе, на выезде в Грузию, 2 комнаты, кухня, ванная. В доме есть все необходимое. Wi Fi, стиральная машина, утюг, фен, и т. д. До центра города 5 мин на транспорте. В пешей доступности магазины, ресторан, парк, Водная станция(озеро)... Не для шумных компании, не для вечеринок. Можно разместить до 4-х человек. Наличие паспорта при заселении.

Advantages:

Хозяйка приветливая, общительная, добрая. Она супер. Дом большой.

Disadvantages:

Но дом… цена слишком завышена, раза в 3 точно. Горячая вода в ванной идет то кипяток, то ледяная, что-то среднее не бывает. Мы были с ребенком 1,5 года, подмыть его было очень сложно. Взрослым тоже целый квест, нормально помыться не удалось. В доме холодно, дом старый, пол скрипит, ремонт чисто косметический, много недочетов. Нет дверей между комнатами и лестничной площадкой. На 3 этаже всю ночь был странный скрип, возможно от ветра на улице. Нет штор, только тюль. На кухне неприятный запах. Нет туалетной бумаги, только 10 штук салфеток столовых оставили. Напротив дома недострой. Оставались на 1 ночь, при заселении закрыла на все глаза, но когда время дошло до принятия душа после тяжелого дня ребенку и всем, меня это сильно расстроило.
