Advantages:

В самом центре фиагдона, вблизи всего самого необходимого. Дом большой, много спальных мест, большой стол на кухне, парковка во дворе на 2 машины. Приезжали отмечать новый год и очень порадовало наличие красивой елки. Есть хороший вайфай и большой телевизор. Много дополнительных одеял.

Disadvantages:

Возможно, в теплое время года, будет отлично, но зимой холодно. Накрутили котел на максимум, но все равно было прохладно, пол ледяной, кто ж знал, что нужно брать шерстяные носки. Выдали одноразовые тапочки, но они мало спасают. В ванной настроить воду сложно, то горячая, то холодная, нужно приспособиться к крану. Тоже самое на кухне. Поэтому, лучше запастись теплой одеждой, тапочками и носками.
