Воздух хорошо подходит для астматиков, здесь пульмонологическая клиника, самый высокогорный мужской монастырь, поблизости мёртвый городок Даргавс, Кармадон (где сошёл ледник Колка, осталась труппа Бодрова), горячие термальные источники, Цейский ледник, город Владикавказ 40-х с проспектом двухэтажных особняков, историческими памятниками…
